A workout aimed at increasing flexibility, helping to strengthen muscles and restore joint mobility. Sessions alternate stretching and muscle tension to stimulate blood flow and elasticity. MFR (Myofascial Release) with rollers and balls relieves muscle tension and restores healthy circulation. Suitable for all fitness levels.
