A comprehensive full-body exercise programme that develops flexibility and mobility. One of the safest types of training. Pilates develops coordination, improves flexibility and teaches graceful movement — beneficial for people of any age. MFR (Myofascial Release) combines stretching and self-massage using rollers and balls: it relieves muscle tension, improves joint mobility and speeds up post-workout recovery. The duration of the lesson is 80 minutes.
