Functional Training strengthens the muscles used in everyday life, focusing on core, endurance and balance. Recommended for everyone who wants to lose weight and improve muscle tone quickly. Strength and endurance exercises alternate using varied equipment, finishing with a cool-down stretch. The duration of the lesson is 50 minutes.
