WORKOUT venue in Sports Studio - can be a great start in sports or an alternative to training in the gym, during a pandemic and self-isolation mode!
Workout training is based on the principles of functional training, combines strength, flexibility, dexterity, endurance and coordination exercises.
Most exercises use only body weight, and for additional loads you can use TRX loops, expanders and weighting.
Change and combine different types of training - and then sports will not turn into a routine and will always be fun!
