The classes will help you to develop and support the necessary level of flexibility from which depends the full mobility of the whole body. This class is a versatile and it’s suitable for people of any age and fitness level. The Body stretch workouts especially effective when its combined with intensive weight training. With a well stretched muscles and you can easily move and any sportive exercises will bring you a real pleasure!
