This is a complex set of exercises for the whole body which helps to develop flexibility and movements mobility. This is one of the most safe kinds of trainings. No any other exercises are giving such a mild influence on the body at the same time strengthening it. Pilates is helping to develop coordination, improves flexibility, teaches how move more elegant and beautiful. Pilates classes are useful for different people with different age, actually to everyone who wants stay in a nice shape.
