Training, combining elements of pilates, stretching and yoga, is aimed to increase flexibility, it promotes stretching, helps strengthen muscles and gives joints mobility. During  sessions, stretching and muscle tension alternate, stimulating blood flow to the muscles occurs, which makes them more elastic, restores proper blood circulation. For those involved in all levels of preparedness.
