Particular attention must be paid to restoring the body after exertion, restoring harmony and freedom of movement to the body.
 
We have chosen for you one of the most progressive areas of fitness - myofascial release (MFR)!
 
MFR - a combination of stretching and self-massage using rolls and balls aimed at:
 
-Removal of excessive muscle tension;
 
-improving the flexibility and mobility of the joints;
 
-improvement of the nervous system;
 
- recovery after training;
 
-improvement of the functional abilities of the whole body;
 
- body shaping and weight loss;
 
- lymphatic drainage and anti-cellulite effect.
