Abt Pump is the strength training of the muscular part of the buttocks, thighs, and also the abdomen. Productive sessions with using modern fitness equipment will contribute to good muscle development and give the figure the desired shape.

Stretching - training is aimed to increase  flexibility, it promotes stretching, helps  strengthen muscles and gives joints mobility.
