Yoga applies physical techniques that raise self-awareness through asanas (body poses), pranayamas (breathing practices), mudras and bandhas. Yoga exercises make the body healthy, strong and resilient. Regular practice brings physical vigour and mental clarity, awakens inner energy and preserves the body's youthful potential throughout life. The duration of the lesson is 80 minutes.
