Author's body-oriented practice, that has a goal to achieve harmony and improve the physical body (muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints), stabilize the emotional state, accumulate and distribute energy.
The class is optimal for all levels of training!
The system is based on universal yoga, complemented by movements from rehabilitation, exercise therapy, joint gymnastics, somatics, myofascial relaxation etc. Thanks to these trainings, your body will achieve a uniform and harmonious development in all 7 physical indicators: static and dynamic force, static and dynamic endurance, coordination, flexibility and balance.
Involvement of psychosomatic and bodily-oriented psychology elements will allow us better understand ourselves in many aspects, processes and reactions at the physical and emotional levels. Mixing the movements of the author's practice will provide an opportunity to rethink internal complexes, to get rid of grievances and discontent both in relation to themselves and to others, to satisfy basic needs. In the process of training we focus on the awareness of each movement, we experience moments here and now. Unique qualities and skills that you will gain while deliberate doing Integrity:
