This is a mix of aerobics and fighting elements. Tae-Bo exercise includes in itself such movements as : boxing, karate plus mixed weight exercises. If you want to become stronger and reduce some weight be in a super nice sportive shape so this class is for you! The peculiarity of this activity is that during all of those exercises while you’re training all of your muscles will be working and thanks to it You will get a useful influence on your body and organism in total.

The duration of the lesson is 50 minutes.
