Mixed format training, consisting of an ideal combination of 30 minutes' aerobic exercise and 20 minutes' stretching large muscle groups. Aerobic training copes with the tasks of strengthening the respiratory, nervous, cardiovascular and muscular systems, while stimulating fat burning, which in the complex becomes an excellent warm-up and preparation of the body for stretching. Stretching, in turn, will help stretch and make relax large groups of muscles. Suitable for those involved in all levels of preparation. Duration is 50 minutes.
