Complex strength training with using of various specialized equipment, the basic are Сore-platforms, focused on the development of all muscle groups. In combination with exercises for balance that require more concentration, the given training is aimed to develope strength, endurance, coordinates and working out deep muscle stabilizers of the body, give you an opportunity to correct the figure without a significant volume of muscle mass. Optimal for people with any level of preparation. Duration is 50 minutes.
